Private teachings offer practitioners of Reiki an opportunity to develop their personal and professional practice. During the one hour session, led by the individual, the space is open to explore any element of the system of Reiki they feel drawn to enquire. This could be guidance around embodying the system of Reiki, committing to and refining your daily meditation practice or ways to improve how you teach the system or offer treatments. How we approach ourselves and others has a direct influence upon the system that we are teaching , when we are centred and connected to our truth we can offer the very essence of Reiki.
